Came across a fantastic book on detox as a way of clearing toxic in our body naturaly and economically. Here are the main points:
1. Take 70-80% water content food.Keep track of all type of food that pass through your lips every day. Make it a habit of taking only water content food. This include vegetables, fruits, soup, water, juice etc
2. Exercise at least 3 times a day and at least half an hour each time. Best exercise is either jogging or swimming. Make it the most relaxing moment. Don't stress yourself. Time your heart beat. Don't exercise in a gym or indoor. Not healthy.
3. Practise detox breathing method. 1(Breathe)-4(Hold)-2(Exhale). 3 times a day.
4. Every morning, walk on grass barefooted at least 30 minutes to obtain negative ions.
5. Include potato or sweet potato in your breakfast and lunch
6. At least 50% of food intake must be raw. Raw food fills with life enzyme. Cooking above 50% spoilt it. Alternatively, take enzyme supplements.
